Fell & Sell Controls and Keybinds

Fell & Sell supports full movement-key rebinding, but the exact default keyboard table is not published in the official text sources. This guide documents confirmed behaviors and shows what to verify in the live settings without guessing keys.

01

Confirmed control features

Demo 2.0 added full movement-key rebinding and a double-tap movement dash. It also introduced a new cursor and a dedicated tutorial menu. Demo 2.0.1 added toggle modes for sprint and crouch, making either action usable without holding the key.

02

TAB panel behavior

As of Demo 2.0.1, the TAB panel opens by holding the key instead of tapping it. The developer described this as a way to reduce accidental pop-ups during intense moments. If an older video shows tap behavior, it reflects an earlier build.

03

Recommended setup process

First, bind movement and interaction keys around a comfortable hand position. Second, test dash timing away from enemies. Third, choose hold or toggle for sprint and crouch.

Fourth, verify attack, inventory, interaction, pause, and any shop-placement controls directly in the current settings screen.

04

Accessibility notes

Steam lists custom volume controls, playable without timed input, and stereo sound among supported features. Those labels do not establish every accessibility option. Players who need remapping or reduced input-holding should still test the current demo before purchase.

05

Default key table status

Default keys for attack, interact, inventory, placement, and other actions are pending direct verification in the launch build. Screenshots or community tables should include the version number and platform so a future patch can be distinguished from an error.

06

Troubleshooting

Fell & Sell changed quickly around launch. Demo 2.0 introduced destructible dungeon scenery, a transaction display, full key rebinding, double-tap dashing, a tutorial menu, and location nameplates. Demo 2.0.1 changed trap frequency, chest loot, potion drops, furniture scrolls, fire damage, and several controls.

Exact values should always be checked against the current build. If a control behaves differently from this page, reset only the affected binding, reopen the tutorial entry, and check the latest official patch notes before assuming the input is broken.

Source standard

Core facts on this page come from the official Steam store and developer announcements. Demo observations are labeled when used. Exact values absent from those sources are not invented.
