Dungeon+ is the post-progression challenge mode added in the September 18 Dungeon Update. It introduces elite enemies, unique high-tier rewards, and a new upgrade loop built around Unholy Skulls and the Blasphemous Anvil.
How to unlock Dungeon+
Complete the main dungeon progression by defeating the censored final encounter identified in the official announcement. After that victory, look for the shrine that unlocks Dungeon+ challenges. The developer does not publish a floor-by-floor unlock table, so use the shrine prompt in the current build rather than an older route.
Elite enemies and room formations
Dungeon+ adds elite enemies with higher health, heavier damage, and distinct combat modifiers. The same update replaces one-by-one spawning with room-based enemy groups and formations. Enter each room expecting coordinated pressure; identify the elite and available escape space before committing to a long attack animation.
Unholy Skulls and the Blasphemous Anvil
Elite enemies can drop Unholy Skulls. Combine those skulls with basic resources at the Blasphemous Anvil to upgrade weapons and armor to a maximum of +3. The announcement does not disclose skull drop rates, upgrade costs, or per-level stat gains, so those values should be checked in the live build and recorded with the game version.
Dungeon+ reward items
Completing Dungeon+ levels can unlock the Demonic Tabernacle, Demonic Rostrum, and Skull Goblet. The official post names these rewards but does not publish complete recipes, bonuses, or unlock thresholds. Treat any exact community value as provisional until the item panel or a later patch confirms it.
Combat and healing changes
Enemies are more aggressive, can wait for the player, react to movement, and use revised animations and movesets. Potions and food now play an eating or drinking animation that prevents attacking during use. Create distance before healing instead of relying on instant recovery during an enemy swing.
Balance changes that affect old guides
The update rebalances dungeon loot, prayers, and some furniture bonuses, removes the temporary Return to Village button, and revises dungeon generation so corridors and walls should no longer cut through rooms. Return to the shop before judging furniture changes, because the developer says the new values do not apply while the player remains in the Dungeon or Forest.
